Registration for coaching becomes effective on the 1st calendar day of the lesson month
and is valid for a minimum of one full month.
The contract can be canceled by either party in writing within the first 2 months (trial period), with a notice period of 14 days to the 1st of the following month.
After this period, the contract becomes binding and runs indefinitely.
Registration for coaching is initially valid for the duration of one teaching year (from September 1st to August 31st) and automatically extends for a further teaching year if not canceled in writing by June 30th of the current teaching year, effective from August 31st.
Cancellation during the school year is typically only possible by November 30th, effective from December 31st. Cancellation for a valid reason remains unaffected.
These regulations also apply to enrollments during the current school year (intermediate entrants). If lessons are interrupted or re-enrolled, another enrollment fee is due.
Coaching:
Sessions will generally take place at Werksviertel Munich or online.
Short trial coaching sessions (approximately 15 minutes) can be organized upon request, free of charge.
The timetable is binding, and changes are only possible by prior arrangement.
There are no lessons on public holidays, school-free days, or during local school holidays unless agreed in advance.
For lessons canceled by the participant/student/parent, regardless of the reason, a replacement lesson can be given once a month. All cases are subject to a fee. An alternative date will be arranged for lessons canceled by the coach.
Fee:
The annual fee is paid monthly, as a lump sum in advance, in 12 equal monthly installments by bank transfer.
Monthly invoices will be sent upon request.
In the annual course, August must always be paid, even if the course is canceled on August 31st.
Cash payment is generally not possible.
Families or students who pay for two or more lessons are eligible for a €20 discount per lesson, per child, for each 60-minute session. Hartz IV recipients receive a €5 discount on the 7-minute session upon presentation of proof.
