Continue your Fayo Floating journey individually from the comfort of your home. You’ll receive exercises, massages, stretches, meditations, recipes, and language lessons—you choose what works best for you. During these months (February, April, October, December), there are no group sessions—you’re free to go at your own pace.
Online meet-ups:
Throughout the year, you have the opportunity to join virtual meet-ups. Ask questions, share experiences, and stay connected with the Fayo Floating community.

This is how the monthly Program for Your Holistic Well-Being in Munich could look like:
Week 1:
- 1 hour back massage
- 30 minutes stretching exercises on the yoga mat
- 20 minutes Thai balm massage
- 10 minutes meditation
Week 2:
- 1 hour neck and head massage
- 30 minutes stretching exercises on the fascia yoga swing
- 20 minutes Thai balm massage
- 10 minutes meditation
Week 3:
- 1 hour seated shoulder and back massage
- 30 minutes stretching exercises on the fascia yoga swing
- 20 minutes Thai balm massage
- 10 minutes meditation
Week 4:
- 1 hour hand and arm massage in back and belly positions
- 30 minutes stretching exercises on the fascia yoga swing
- 20 minutes Thai balm massage
- 10 minutes meditation
*You can change the weekly activities as you wish.
For example: You could use the second hour to do a Thai class instead of a massage .
